About

I grew up in Madrid in a family committed to human relationships, curious about the world, a lover of good food and very perfectionist, who very early on gave me the opportunity to enter the world of gastronomy as a professional.

In college I started my first catering business, La Colineta, which was very successful, and later I continued to develop my love of cooking working in the cooking shop and school Alambique.

When I became director/ manager at Alambique, I started to organize events that included everything from unique lunches and dinners for various institutions to promotions of varied products in exclusive environments. I also started writing books and articles with which to share my passion for cooking.

After several years away from Spain, where much of my time was spent learning from and enjoying the company of different cultures and groups of people as well as attending multiple events and meetings, I returned to Spain with the purpose of turning my experiences into a company that produced original, personalized and very cared for events.
