Our client wanted to introduce to its customers the company´s facilities, its technical know-how and innovation, as well as its technical team. In order to carry out out their demand, we organized a ¨customer day¨ within their property.
Attendees arrived from different geographical locations the previous day, for which we organized a welcome dinner, choosing as location the factory of another client of the company.
We started early the next day at our client’s facilities where we transformed a dining room into a meeting room, a terrace into an exhibition area, and a nearby garden into an informal lunch area. We achieved a cohesive set of spaces to carry out the different activities of the day.
Clients were able to attend interesting presentations, exchange opinions, participate in a contest, indulge in a wonderful lunch and visit the company’s facilities, which was all carefully planned and organized.
