The inauguration of the first factory of our client in Morocco was an important occasion to bring together current and potential clients with the local authorities. And to get to know the new facilities and the management team of the company.
Establishing adequate spaces in an industrial facility, in order to create a welcoming atmosphere and make attendees comfortable and at ease was a wonderful challenge. We designed the event using the factory product — cardboard packaging — to emphasize the company’s main product. Visiting a factory with a large group requires good organization: both in the control of safety standards and in the coordination o 10 different visiting groups in a limited time.
The customers of the company that attended the event congratulated the company’s communication director for the magnificent set-up.
