Search of location and organization of a corporate event, consisting in an company contest.
Organization of a final lunch which aimed at establishing greater interaction and communication among the attendees.
Our client organized an internal innovation contest between their different factories and invited clients and investors to the event.We chose two unused outdoor spaces within the facilities of the company headquarters. We arranged one zone for the contest, and the other we transformed into a “summer terrace,” and served a tapas-based meal on a street food truck to give it a more informal atmosphere, and facilitate the communication of attendees.
The event was intended to provide an opportunity among attendeed to make direct contact with each other.
