We organized the decoration , catering and music.
The newly weds, of different nationalities, wanted to celebrate the wedding party with their respective families in Madrid, in the family home of the bride.
They did not want a formal dinner but a fun party where guests from both families could meet and enjoy a beautiful summer night in Madrid in a magnificent garden. There were 350 guests.
Upon arrival, all the guests were received with cocktails and directed to the garden, around a terrace where we installed a jazz band. We illuminated the whole garden to highlight its beauty and organized informal seatting areas. We installed different kiosks of food both Spanish and international,with tapas as well as a buffet table. We set up a conventional bar area for drinks and another 2 illuminated cocktail bars where professional bartenders prepared cocktails .
Late into the night, the jazz band gave way to a DJ and dance floor, where the guests danced until early morning.
